Shipping Policy

OM Bhakti ships its products to almost all parts of India.
OM Bhakti will Process & ship the goods as below
  • (i) Shipping to Bangalore 2-4 day delivery
  • (ii) Shipping to Entire Karnataka within 2- 6days
If we are unable to ship the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations) we will inform you on the revised day of the delivery.
We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address to ensure a faster delivery.

Shipping Rates & Times

Standard shipping and handling is FREE on all orders above Rs. 100 (for Bengaluru) and Rs 500/- (for other cities in Karnataka).
There is a delivery charge of Rs. 30/- (for Bengaluru) on purchase less then Rs 100/- and a delivery charge of Rs. 100/- (for other cities in Karnataka) for a purchase less then Rs 500/-.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 4 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
For other areas that are not serviceable by the courier companies, the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service. Transit and delivery of the consignment may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Since Indian Postal Service does not ship any liquids, we request you to keep this in mind while placing the order.
  • Hidden Charges
  • In some cities you may need to pay an octroi or other statuary charges that you will need to directly pay to the courier person. This amount is an additional cost that you will need to incur post the payment.

Considering our Buyer and Customer requirements, OMBhakti.in offers you the widest range of payment options:
PAYU: is the leading online payment company supporting a large number of credit cards, including Visa, Master Card as well as debit cards and bank transfers across all leading banks within India
Paypal: Paypal is the leading global online payment company supporting a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay with your PayPal balance if you already have a PayPal account.
Cash on Delivery: For convenience of our patrons, we do have cash on delivery option which has a nominal charge of R 50for all orders. There will be an additional convenience charges for Cash on Delivery of R 100 for orders below R 500.
For orders beyond Rs 2500, we do not have a COD option. Payments will need to be made online/ through a wire transfer or a cheque deposit to our bank account instead.
Cheque Payment/ Wire Transfer: Draft a cheque in the name of ' OM Bhakti Samagri Kreations Pvt. Ltd ' and send it to us at ' OM Bhakti Samagri Kreations Pvt. Ltd 39/2-19, I Floor, Kalyani Gardens Industrial Estate, Banashankari I Stage, P.O Ashok Nagar, Bangalore - 560050 India '. Please mention the order no. at the back of the cheque. On cheque clearance your product will be shipped. You can also do a wire transfer to our bank account.

  • We accept Indian cheques only. Orders will not be shipped till the cheque has been cleared. Cheque clearance varies from Bank to Bank; minimum clearance period is 5-6 business days.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to: (a) Lack of authorization to carry out a transaction, (b) Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank/s", (c) Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, (d) Decline of transaction for any other reasons, (e) A time out occurring during a transaction (for ex.a power failure causing the internet to not work during a transaction), (f) Insufficient funds in your account
Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to our users.
