Returns, Exchange, Cancellations and Refunds.

We genuinely believe in our products.
We hope that every order you place with OM Bhakti meets or exceeds your expectations. If you are not completely thrilled with your purchase please do not hesitate to email us at info@ombsk.com so that we may correct any shortcomings. We love to hear any feedback you may have so that we can continue to improve our service to you.

Returns

For products that are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, and/or with defects, simply mail us at info@ombsk.com or call 080-65476027 begin (9:30 am to 5:00 pm IST) to initiate the return process.
  • If you received your product by mail please contact us at customercare@ombsk.com or by calling 080-65476027 (9:30 am to 5:00 pm IST)
  • Do not ship any product back to us without getting a confirmation for exchange from us.
  • We will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our confirmation for an exchange.

Exchanges

We will exchange a product only if we have sent you a completely different product from the one that you ordered. For an exchange, please email us within 24 hours of delivery, stating the reason for exchange. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible. Please share your order number/invoice number in the email.
Merchandise can be exchanged only if it is returned unused and intact (in saleable condition).
If you are returning linen/clothes please note that the product should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice.
We do not allow returns in the following instances:
  • Used products/merchandise
  • Seals that have been broken
  • Washed clothes/linen
In cases where we have shipped the incorrect product size, we will replace/exchange it with the correct size. * Do not ship any product back to us without getting a confirmation for exchange from us.
We will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our confirmation for an exchange.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
The orders that have already been shipped will not be cancelled.

Cancellation by OMBhakti.in

Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled can include:
  • Unavailability of the items
  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting and processing any order. Our customer care will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if we require additional information to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card/debit card has already been charged, The amount will be refunded to you or to your OMBhakti.in account to use as store credit in your forthcoming purchases. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

Refund Payment Policy

  • For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
  • If the payment mode was Cheque, DD or COD we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer or the amount will be refunded to your OMBhakti.in account to use as store credit in your forthcoming purchases. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue
  • The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Our refunds are processed in 15 working days, but in cases where we need to make payments by Cheque, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once the cheque is deposited.
  • Refund of return shipping charges (Charges that are borne by the user for sending the products to us) will be limited to Rs 100 or 10% of product cost, whichever is lower. The refund for shipping charges will be in the form of Gift voucher.
*We reserve the right to pay you back by means of an online voucher or by cheque in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.
